| Commercial Transactions Guarantees/ Payment Centralization
Service through which the payment of a purchase is withheld , as a guarantee of compliance with the terms agreed by both parties.
This is a simple, agil and safe process por both parties.
1. A commercial transaction is carried out, seller and buyer agree on the terms of the transaction. These terms should include price, quantity, full description of the merchandise, shipping costs and arrangements, delivery times and return and warranty policies.
2. SOT will then confirm the payment made by the buyer. This confirmation will allow the seller to proceed with the shipping of the merchandise. This will give the seller the gurantee that prior to the shipping of the merchandise, the merchandise will already have been paid for . In order to protect the buyer SOT will hold this deposit until the merchandise has been receieved by the buyer.
3. The seller will have to provide a tracking number of the merchandise, this way SOT, seller and buyer will be able to monitor the shipment. SOT will then verify that the merchandise reaches its destination in the agreed time and place.
4. SOT will pay the seller once the buyer recieves the merchandise.
